Ras Al Khaimah Hotel, Ras al-Khaimah

The hotel is located in a great spot, perfect for the start of the RAK half marathon near the Sheikh Zayed Mosque. The rooms are clean and the receptionist, Sultan, was kind and professional. However, the service could be more efficient during peak periods like half term. The location offers amazing views and a peaceful atmosphere, ideal for those visiting for the marathon. The dining options are good but could have more variety, especially for Arab favorites. Overall, a pleasant stay with some minor areas for improvement.

The hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were outdated, and the water taps were not functioning correctly, providing hot water instead of cold even late at night. The noise from adjacent rooms was a downside, particularly for a special occasion like my friend's birthday, where the decoration was exceptional. On the positive side, the swimming pool opening time in the summer was appropriate, though parking was quite challenging due to a high volume of cars late at night, mainly from event attendees at the wedding hall and coffee shop.

My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The rooms were of reasonable quality, but the noise from neighboring rooms was a bit disruptive at times. I found the bed to be really comfortable, and the decoration of the room was nice. The amenities provided were satisfactory, and the room size was large, including a sitting area.

The hotel has great walking spaces and adequate room layout, but the noise levels from partying guests can disrupt the experience.
